KV8’s App is compatible with at least Android 5 or you can play with Google browser as well.

Follow these steps to clear the cache and app data:

Step 1: Open the “Settings” menu.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on “Apps.”

Step 3: Choose “Manage Apps” and select the KV8 app.

Step 4: Tap “Clear Data” and then “Clear Cache.”

Please note that our application is not allowed to be used on 2 devices at the same time.

We are suggesting you reinstall the browser by deleting the app from your mobile and installing it again. You may clear the mobile browser cache as well.

How do I clear the browser cache?

• On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
• At the top right, tap More.
• Tap History. Clear browsing data.
• At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
• Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
• Tap Clear Data.
