What information should I provide when contacting the customer support team regarding a Website/Mobile or mobile site issue?
You will get your IP address like this and you can share it to us or anyone else.
Go to Settings > General > About.
This will bring up a page with information about your device, including the model name and number. This page also gives you useful information like your operating system software version, your serial number, and your IMEI (we’ll go into this more later).
